Gallstones are foreign substances that form in the gallbladder fluid in the gallbladder or in the ducts that carry the gallbladder from the liver to the intestines.

Gallstones are produced by liver cells, contain salts and help digest fats and vitamins.

It also helps to eliminate toxins in the body.

Causes of gallstones

Although the cause of gallstones is not known, studies show that cholesterol or fatty acids in gallbladder fluids are too high and cannot be digested.

About 80 percent of gallstones are saturated with fat or cholesterol, and the remaining 20 percent is made up of calcium and other nutrients.

What are the symptoms of gallstones?

• Nausea and severe vomiting

• Dissatisfaction when eating fatty foods

• Feeling dizzy after a meal

• Sensation of pain during sleep

• Yellowing of the eyes

• The skin of the body turns greenish-yellow

• Decreased appetite

• Yellowing of the eyes, skin, and urine

• Stool discoloration

• Severe pain in the upper part of our right side

Ways to cure gallstones

If the pain is severe, stopping eating fatty foods and taking painkillers will temporarily relieve the pain.

However, if the pain gets worse, the gallbladder may need to be surgically removed.

If surgery is not possible, the stones can be treated with the appropriate medication, but this process can take many years.

How to prevent gallstones exposure?

• Eat a balanced diet

• Do not skip meals

• Drink enough water

• Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness.

What are the risk factors for gallstones?

• Obesity and obesity during pregnancy

• Eat fatty foods

• Obesity

• Take medications to reduce body fat

• Birth control pills

• Aging is more common, especially in women

• Diabetes and the like.
